However, as most of you know there is also an issue in our industry with certain individuals who request multiple refunds for their purchases with multiple vendors. This issue has been highlighted by several top affiliates. For this reason the Elite Tigers Group (for legal purposes Princy Tiger Properties Limited trading as The Elite Tigers Group) limits the number of refunds to one product per customer in each calendar year. More than one element of the same funnel purchase can be refunded, but not two separate products in the same year. We advise all of our clients to bear this in mind when making purchases.
Also, refunds are limited to issues of a technical nature, such as being unable to access or use the product. We do not offer an unconditional refund policy.
